Private: property 400 m2, lawn and trees, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 12.Sep.). Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). 30 m long steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Kvasiny" 200 m, railway station "Kvasiny" 1 km, grass beach 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, bathing lake "Broumar" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Rychnov nad Kněžnou 9 km, Opočno 12 km, Nové Město nad Metují 24 km, Náchod 30 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Deštné v Orlických horách 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Broumar 12 km, Rozkoš 25 km.
