Good resort but bad experience

[Unprofessional Reception Staff] Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told by reception that they could only find 1 of 2 bookings we made when we clearly showed proof of booking for 2 rooms at 2 nights each. Spacious but space not used well
"Rooms are not designed well. Especially the bathrooms. Shower head is placed at the door. Tub was under construction. Sink was behind the door. No thinking involved in planning the layout. Hot drinks at breakfast labeled only in burmese. Breakfast marginal. Spa adequate but no English spoken so hard ..."
