Independent hotels in Kyambura Game Reserve, Western Region

"No hot water, no working internet, they say they have internet and hot water for showers but it never works. I could barely lock my room, no working tv, lights in bathroom did not work, curtains falling out of wall. Everyone of these issues was brought to management the first three days and nothing was done. I stopped complaining.
