Great Hotel and Very Good Value
The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were professional and helpful. The only minor complaint was there were no coffee making facilities in the room.

I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions but noticed that it's lacking in service. Very noisy guests late at night with doors slamming. Unfortunately I will not be returning .

The hotel was not far from the centre of Kiev and there were lots of places to eat and drink near the hotel. The hotel bar was a reasonable price for food and drink and the food was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We came over from England and the receptionist English was excellence. Highly recommend and I will be coming back to stay at this hotel in the future!

Nice hotel refreshingly free from the chain feel. Spacious rooms and bathrooms with decent size beds. Shower temperature was very erratic in my room and the HVAC control seemed to have a mind of its own. Other than that, an enjoyable stay.

This property is safe and secure, they have an excellent spa for hair styling and massage, it is close to Metro only 2 blocks, if you know metro you can come here by taking the Train from KBP to the Main train terminal and then take a blue line train to "Palats Ukraina" total price for on way trip to airport less then 100 rph. as opposed to paying 2000 rph by taxi, it is a great savings, my advice in Kyiv, Metro is the way to travel.

The trip was good overall. The bathrooms were small. Even though I picked a superior room. I couldn’t move well in the shower. Location was acceptable. Metro station very close and lots of restaurants nearby. I stay in better places in Kiev before. I will not go back to the hotel again only because the bathrooms were small. The hotel was fairly clean. You can find lots of restaurants down the street.

Gym was small, but enough for decent work out. Breakfast was good too (some items better then others, ex mini crepes were dry and overall sadly no flavor, but made to order omelettes were great! Was happy when saw small sign saying any omelette or fried eggs are available upon request

It is a great hotel, clean and comfortable. Location isn't perfect (about a 30-40) minute walk to Maidan, but the Metro is just outside and very reliable/fun. Staff were polite and helpful.

I checked in to the property. I was informed by the hotel that I was booked one night short. I assumed that was my mistake and immediately booked the additional night via Expedia on my phone. Then the hotel told me that I indeed had been booked already and now was double booked for the night. They told me to cancel with Expedia who would get approval from the hotel for a refund. During that week Expedia twice checked with the hotel and was told twice that they did not approve the refund. Even after telling me that they had approved it. My emails are not responded to and now I have paid for an extra room for one night. Haven't heard back from the hotel.

Very Nice Classy Hotel, excellent reception! High Decor, right by the Metro to zoom downtown, guests are allowed nice Bar, superb Breakfast, this is a 5 Star Property, a 10 minute Metro ride to downtown at a 4 stat price. Nice Restaurants close by! You will be happy with your stay here!

Nice,clean,great for the money paid.Great location,close to everything. Waitress in lobby bar never came back to pick the order after we asked menu,so it was awkward,otherwise everyone was helpful
