The property is good overall and Julia at the reception is exceptional. She was very helpful to get us checked in with our toddler daughter traveling with us. This location is good as well to walk around to the Plaza close by and worked out for our needs.

The host set up a keyless code since arrived in Monday. Yulia the manager was great. She move the two rooms closer. The rooms are cleaned once a day. Onsite security is present and polite. There are two large malls on both sides of the apartment about 0.7 km. Across street is good grocery store. Right next door is McDonald's. The kyiv has rotating blackout the are posted in the elevator. The wifi and elevator work during the shutdowns. The fifth had kid area and nice relax. Yulia speaks English that was helpful for me.

No electricity!!! I understand its war time and it might happen, but Hotels usually have generator, or at least let us know before, and allow to cancel, let me find a warm hotel. Woke up freezing cold!!!
