Hyggelig lejlighed i hjertet af Kyiv

Lejligheden var i meget fin stand og virkede til at have gennemgået en større renovering for nylig. Ligger i gå afstand fra Uafhængighedspladsen og tæt på metrostation. Rigtig god service fra Partner Guesthouse omkring tjek ud hvor de stillede med chauffør så vi kunne komme frem til lufthavnen i god tid.

J'utilise Partner Guest House depuis plusieurs années. La réception est tenue par des personnes anglophones très serviables et qui organisent les transferts de puis/vers les aéroports pour un prix très raisonnable. Les appartements sont propres, confortables et leurs prestations dépendent du prix et des options choisies mais on ne tombe jamais mal. L'immeuble n'est pas génial en soit (escalier, aspect extérieur) mais cela est vite oublié quand on rentre dans les appartements qui sont modernes. Enfin, la positon est très centrale avec plein de commerces tout autour. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent pour Kiev.

Great value!! Bed was super comfy better than. Many Hyatt or Wyndham! Outside stairwell really rundown and elevator is kind of a gamble will it give out on me? Please one more trip. Or it wouldn’t respond at all. 109 steps to 7th floor apt! But location is excellent ! Across street to modern Gulliver mall with grocery store on lower level. Nice spacious apt. Nothing like the stairwell or elevator ! Very friendly staff!

The property was well situated but had a few issues. There was a strange smell in the kitchen but not always it would come and go a very strong smell of rotten eggs or sulfure. There are also no smoke detectors in the rooms, hall anywhere I could see. The staff was nice though.

Good choice in Kiev

I have been to Ukraine in Kiev many times. I know city center in Kiev well. In Partner Guesthouse I have stayed several times as I get what I expect from them. For me this is good enough compared to hotels in same area. Pick up service, clean, safe and good location are what I like to be where I stay.

Stay on your own risk

The receptionist asked us to sign a paper that they are not responsible for our stuff in the flat. So you have always to carry your laptop going anywhere, they wrote that you can leave it in reception (which doesn’t work)!! A fire happened in the 5th floor and there were not any extigushirs, the reception was closed although it wasn’t 12 yet and they don’t answer any phone , Foreigners had to call fire fighters themselves. We stayed in the 7th floor and for 2 days the elevator was broken. the room was lthe same one in photos but older , the heating wasn’t good The dishes were dirty. The floor was dirty. Most of Tv channels doesn’t work.

Непогано, але можна і краще

В цілому задоволені, але таки прибирання в номері можна було робити й раніше, а не перед самим нашим заселенням. Електрочайник працював тільки від розетки (кнопка ввімкнення не працювала). Крім того, бракувало інформації українською мовою: все було або російською, або англійською. Якось не дуже це гарно виглядало для столиці України. В решті - все добре: вай-фай класний, ТБ - є, ліжко і диван - м'якенькі.

Nice Apartments

I had the pleasure of staying in these apartments for the second time as I moved from one to another when I extended my visit to Kiev, very clean and well furnished, the staff understand the true meaning of customer service and how to please the customer and make his/her stay as comfortable as possible. When I come to Kiev again I would for sure stay with them again and I would recommend anyone to stay in these apartments. From location perspective, very nice location in the center close and accessible to all major services and places in the center, you can get to the nearest metro station in minutes, surrounded by many places for shopping, leisure, and entertainment. Again would definitely recommend it and would stay there again myself.

Very close to the center

First time booking this hotel, I would say I had a good experience, the hotel staff is very nice and helpful, the apartments are close to the center with access to all required facilities within minutes of walking. The rooms are modern and beautifully furnished with style

I have found the room clean but smells In it which made my stay unpleasant. I have left my swimsuit n tshirt when I left and called to confirm if they have kept it so I can pick it up but so far no amswer!

Great place

Great place to stay, nice and big with everything you need. Location is amazing. Malls, shops, food, cafe all out side of your door step. I walked to all the major attractions nothing was more then 45 min.

värdeskåp.

Den är bra... Centrala Kiev... 15 minuters promenad Till maidan... dock saknas de värdeskåp och gör en paranoid och orolig för stölder när man är ute på stan.. detta drar ner betyget drastisk och någonting Partner Guest House måste investera i att ha i alla deras rum,

Disappointed stay this time

I have used this company multiple times but recently this year less service minded, no hot water, not helpful driver at pick up service. Location are great and quality in apartments are in general good. I m little worried about cleaning when there are lack of hot water. I expect more from a 70 usd a night apartment.

Old flat in ruins called building.

Greetings were great. Very sympathic staff. But those nice ladies are renting old flats in more than vintage buildings. Towels are not changed sunday. Nearly freaky place but location is great in front of Gulliver mall. In fact I hated my stay.

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Alles ist gut zu erreichen. Das Stadion, Theater, Kaffees, Raustaurants und Shopingcenter sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hotel Transfer ist preislich gut. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Aufzug ist hingegen eine Katastrophe!! Man benötigt viel Geduld!! Im Treppenhaus halten sich obdachlose auf. Der Geruch im Treppenhaus war ekelhaft. Das Prädikat 4 Sterne verdient diese Unterkunft keinesfalls.

Don't rent here! Not worth it.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. Time after time I have the worse experience with them. They lack the basic understanding of taking care of their customers.
