Great place to stay if you want to go sight seeing and do shopping as its 5-10 mins walk from city centre. Staff are great and helpful too with great swimming, sauna, gym facilities. Breakfast was great and lots of variety. One little caution to note you are best off calling your own taxi through the Uber or Bolt phone app as it will cost you less around the city.

The rooms were quite good, few complimentary but overall not bad. A small swimming pool ( 8 m ) and a sauna offer a small relax. Breakfast if good and various but not great. For the rest, a good hotel where to overnight

Amazing service.

This hotel is a very nice stay. The staff is amazing. You may see in some places that this hotel is quite used. The gym is ancient. The rooms are okayish. It's in a great location. Still, you will not be able to sleep with open windows. The noise from the streets will hit you. The price for the value is excellent. Recommend to stay if you are on a bit budget but still want to enjoy big hotel services.

Das Hotel ist sauber und den Preis angemessen. Die Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück entspricht keinen deutschen 4 Sterne Standard und hat mir nicht gefallen. Ich war 3 Tage dort. Obwohl ich den 2ten Tag 200 Hrywnja für die Zimmerreinigung als Trinkgeld aufs Bett gelegt habe, wurde ich beklaut. Hatte leider mein Kindle EBook im Bett vergessen. Es wurde nicht abgegeben, also von der Zimmerreinigung geklaut. Schaut lieber 10 mal nach das ihr alles mitnehmt.

There was no service at all. The cleaning was so bad and if they came for cleaning was it 16-17 in the evening. When man ask something in reception did they look like they wanted to die.

Worst Reception ever!

Ive booked 2 rooms in the same reservation and paid in full upfront. When i arrived ive cheled in but they didnt give me the second room as they didnt have free room!!! Didnt help at all and receptionist Maksim was not kind at all

Hotel was great, but rooms looked a lot bigger on the website photos. Site says there is shuttle service. But, only if you pay for the taxi. It’s better to use Uber, it very cost effective.

das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage. Sehr praktisch und sehr ruhig. Alles ist sehr gemütlich und kundenfreundlich. Ich gebe die maximale Bewertung dem Personal des Hotels. Alle sind extreme freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr kooperativ. Der Room Service, insbesondere, funktioniert hervorragend. Alles ist super schnell und auf dem Top Niveau! Alles nach Wunsch des Kunden! Sind so positiv erstaunt. Die Beschreibung stimmt 100% der Realität. Alles ist sauber und funktioniert ordnungsgemäß. Wir haben das Fitnessstudio und das Schwimmbad besucht.
