I can't believe this hotel has 4 star rating. Maybe I was wrong, so this was my mistake. The building is old, small, and compressed. Not as spacious as I had hoped. Also no amenities (no gym, no small fridge, no hot drinking water).
The only redeeming quality is that the location is good (near city center and near metro station), and at least the room is clean.

The property is walking distance from restaurants , shopping and historical sites. Easy check in. Hotel need repair. There was a pot for boiling water but no coffee or tea offered. No fridge.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, too! I felt the room could have been a bit cleaner, but it was a pleasant stay for one night.

Fantastic location at a good price. Rooms are dated but clean. Reccomend upgrading to junior suite,much bigger rooms although i requested 2 single beds, when i got room, it was a king size bed.

It was very conveniently located; some of the best sights and restaurants were within walking distance. As for the room itself, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the heated bathroom floor was a very nice addition considering the weather.

She called me in total panic, room were cold, the shower was dirty, and strange individuals was moving around.
Immediately I moved her to another hotel.

Staff were nice. Hotel was nice. But it didn’t get cleaned after a night. We ran out of toilet paper and shampoo. Also the bed Duvet was half the size of the bed? We did ask for a double bed duvet but they didn’t bother to change it.
Room has mold. Very dated hotel. Paid through Expedia but was charged on credit card when I arrived full price. Needed to extend one day and the rate was more than Expedia price and wouldn't allow to extend by getting Expedia.
It is a very old hotel and it’s being renovated slowly.
The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Anna was very nice. Could do with doing breakfast. For the money it cost to stay. It was very reasonable
The elevator only worked on the first and the last day of my 7 day stay. My room was on the 3rd floor. The shower in my room was the most disgusting / dirty shower I have ever seen in any hotel or living quarters. The room was very cold on arrival and there was no temperature regulation. Upon request, I was offered a space heater. The window curtains were inoperative / broken, and I needed to hold them closed with sewing needles. Check in clerk was rude and inflexible to requests. Although the bed was broken, it was comfortable. I suggest expedia remove this hotel from their hotel list.
Property clean and location was excellent. Walking distance to everything and lots of restaurants around. Staff were all very polite and friendly and able to speak English too. Only fault was the heating was on constantly even though it was 23° so it was very hot and stuffy in the room especially overnight and aircon didn't work.
