"It seems so mundane, but there was only one hook in the whole bathroom so I had to hang things over to Harrison beds and we need more hooks in the bathroom for sure"

"My daughter and I had a great experience while we stayed at the hotel. Friendly staff and Although the room initially given was not ready and had a maintenance cart parked inside the room, once I told the front desk and he gave me different room without additional charge. The kitchennette comes with a bottle opener, def can’t go wrong with their thoughtful customer service. And the location is close to downtown and the new Waterloo park. I will definitely rebook Hyatt House in Austin again"
