This spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home sits in a peaceful Central Texas neighborhood.

Conveniently located:
– Minutes from Downtown Kyle
– 15 minutes from San Marcos
– 25 minutes from downtown Austin

My home has 2 stories with a living room, dining area, and remodeled kitchen on the 1st floor and three bedrooms and office on the 2nd.

Kitchen features a toaster oven, gas stove, oversized fridge, and breville espresso machine. Get some work done in the home office which includes a monitor and large whiteboard. Take the kids outside in the oversized yard!

Family reunion

This property was as advertised. Perfect for 4 people. Nice neighborhood location. Centrally located and easy to get to restaurants, parks and grocery shopping. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Host easy to communicate with and the house rules were clear and not complicated. Would recommend this property.
