Άνετη εξοχική κατοικία , ανάμεσα στην Κύμη και το Αλιβέρι 4 χιλιόμετρα απόσταση από το Αυλωνάρι, ανακαινισμένο το 2020 με δυο μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια ένα διπλό κρεβάτι το κάθε ένα, ένα μπάνιο με ντούζ , σαλόνι και κουζίνα με τραπεζαρία!
Πολύ μεγάλες βεράντες μπροστά και πίσω.
400 τετραγωνικα κηπο με παιδικό τραμπολίνο ,μπασκέτα , αλογάκι (χώρος για να παίζουν τα παιδιά ).
Υπάρχει χώρος και για πάρκινγκ δίπλα από τον κήπο.
