We used Ben's as a base for our Japan stay for two weeks(multiple nights in other cities). It was a clean and tidy traditional style room. The location was at a quiet area of Kyoto, but was convenient for travel into the centre of Kyoto and the station. Plenty of shops and dining nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful and we would happily stay there again.

Nice place. Very quiet. Lacking of kitchen tools to cook. No toaster. Bed comfortable. A lot of restaurants around. There's even a map of surrounding restaurant at the entrance.
