Nice find in Kyoto. Convenient, right next to Toji Station, a konbini, and multiple dining options. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful. Hotel comes with a lounge to relax in and they provide afternoon snacks as well as coffee/tea all day long. Would stay again.

Very good service, the staff had atention on every single detail, the morning buffet with lots of choices for breakfast and also snacks during afternoon and evening, and a train station 1 minute away walking that hotel was much more than I expected!!

Everything was perfect. Clean, organized, comfy beds. Really enjoyed the stay here. The snacks in the evening were a great plus. We hung out at the end of the day in the dining area and played games and snacked;)

The breakfast is a bit pricey but very good with a lot of options. The check in was easy and we were given a tour before going to our room. Free luggage storage was great and convenient. The complimentary snacks and tea, flavored water after 5 pm was a nice touch.

We had great stay with Comfort Hotel Era. Kids love the afternoon snacks and breakfast buffet. Great location as Toji station is just across the street. Shopping is near by made it even more convenient. We loved the restaurant near by. Room is good size and bed is comfortable, very clean and room service was done every day. Best hairdryer we’ve ever had with hotel stay. We’ll stay at this hotel again when we’re back to Kyoto next time.
