We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everything made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great hospitality and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

I loved this hotel! The staff were so nice & friendly. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of a nearby shrine. Across the street from a subway station & on a bus route. Restaurants & grocery store close by. Breakfast was good & they had snacks for guests in the afternoon.

Five star experience at this hotel. Our favorite stay of our trip so far. Across the street from Toji station, a few restaurants close by and walking distance to the mall, Lawson's across the street as well. Staff spoke English well and helped with everything, all the questions we had. Rooms were spacious, very clean, lots of toiletries provided. Vending machine in the hotel as well as coin laundry, which you can get coins for at the desk if you run out of change. Very clean and comfortable, we will be back next time we are in kyoto. Luggage forwarding was easy, just scan the code and they do the rest.

The hotel location is closed to a train station that leads to the main Kyoto station and it's also near Aeon Mall. The property is clean and well kept. Staff is polite and helpful. My room has triple single beds, 2 windows, a safe and a small fridge. A good size for 3 adults. It looks new and very nice. Bedsheets are white and soft.The breakfast buffet is good and it's convenient on a busy day. Overall, I had a great stay and highly recommend the hotel to travelers
