Hotel Emion was great 3 years ago and still is. The staff, the amenities, the location, the oishii breakfast-all 5 stars. My friends and I enjoyed it and the people there the most compared to the Tokyo hotels we stayed in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Emion Kyoto! The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We especially loved the hot bath after a long day of exploring Kyoto — it was so relaxing! Definitely a great choice for families, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Beautiful hotel! Staff was friendly- very helpful with luggage transferring to our next hotel. Great location, bottom floor of building has restaurants as well as many along the street. Room for 4 was spacious and clean.

The hotel location was wonderful, only one train stop away from Kyoto station. It’s also right next to a beautiful garden and probably one of the best train museums in the world, the Kyoto Railway Museum. The room wasn’t huge, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Also, the buffet breakfast is worth getting. Lots to choose from. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay! The cleaners were on top of our room daily, the rooms were well maintained and so was the entire property. All of the employees were incredibly kind and helpful. We even forgot personal belongings in our room and the staff was very prompt in contacting us for their safe return. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!
