The room was very clean and the location was spot on!
The staff was nice, Razib was a gentlemen, he answered all my inquiries, the hotel is a bit from gojo station, but also not far from gion. Lastly the wifi was poor, and wasn't always working.
I had a great stay. Will stay there again when I come back to Kyoto. Very clean, quiet, great water pressure. Friendly staff. Near major tourist locations.
I truly enjoyed the onsen. There arent a bunch of tattoo friendly baths in Kyoto but because we stayed here and the hotel is pretty intimate i got to enjoy a "private" bath without all the hassle. The hotel rooms were also very comfortable for the size, will definitely be back soon!
The staff was super friendly, they did speak English. Onsen was little, but lovely. The property is well connected, several options of transport are available.
The staff are very kind and polite. The location is excellent. I was able to walking to many points of interest. The room is good size and has enough amenities. I really liked the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this property.
We arrived a bit early and they were kind and let us store our luggage. The hotel has a nice spot close to some bars, restaurants and 7/11. However, the room was a bit small, compared to what was shown in the picture. We had a room with 4 single beds. But overall it was an okey stay! The people at the reception were helpful and very nice!

Hotel was clean and quiet - unfortunately the fire alarm was activated at 4am and we were all left standing outside in the rain for an hour as staff scrambled to figure out what was going on (fire department came after 45 min once other guests had forced the hotel to call them to come)
Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep and it altered our next day.
Also note that no apologies etc were given
Rooms have a great size, are clean. No free breakfast. The station is 10 min walk but there are bus stops closer. Not many restaurants around the area.
The hotel is near Kiyomizu temple and Sannenzaka, otherwise it‘s quite far from Kyoto station (30 min walk or 15-20 min bus ride, depends on the traffic).
The staff is lovely and quite helpful. You should think about staying here if you‘re a light sleeper, though, since the hotel is located right at the main road. I would consider staying here again, though.
The nearest train station is sometimes bypassed by the express trains. Not the most convenient line to be on. Staff were friendly and helpful but most cannot speak English to a sufficient level compared to the better hotels. Air con worked intermittently. We had to open the window some nights to cool the room. Room design was terrible
The staff was very friendly and the front desk spoke English which was nice. They provided slippers but they were a bit too small for my feet and they had free products such as face lotion and tea. I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. I also really liked the bathroom. The shower was nice and so was the bidet.
We were in good walking distance of many places we wanted to go to. This was our first stop in Japan so it was a great place to start and I’d use this location again.
This hotel is top notch for Kyoto.
The staff were very kind and welcoming towards us. The Air Conditioning was amazing for the heat and humidity (41°). The room was very spacious. Thank you.
