Loved the Hot Spring option that was available for all guests. The breakfast was delicious and authentic with plenty of options both for western and Japanese flavours. Even though the hotel was very big and in a great location, the staff were always kind and helpful.

The hotel is a comfortable distance away from various sites and quite close to the subway station, making it easy to go to places. The breakfast buffet was good and had different options. The room was clean and colorful, although a bit cramped with the third bed that was moved into the room to accommodate our family (I did stub my toe haha), but we did not expect the room to be any bigger. The staff were respectful. Overall, a very good hotel!

A newer hotel with an old look. The breakfast is amazing. Hotel is far from the train station 30-40 min walk. But the green line subway stops almost at the door. Lots of inexpensive restaurants nearby try Gyosa. Imperial palace is a short walk. I would recommend and I would book again

Didn’t eat breakfast.. It was very expensive. But the staff was very friendly and very polite and very helpful. Hot springs was the highlight of this stay. Spa feature is also very good.. But ran out of time for that . Will surely visit again for the hot springs especially. House keeping staff was also very nice and did a great job.
