Hotel Monterey Kyoto is conveniently located, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The room was a decent size with two double beds, providing comfortable space for our stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary onsite onsen, which was a lovely bonus after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, a comfortable hotel in a great location, with good amenities and excellent value for a Kyoto stay

Good location and clean hotel with good sized rooms and great air conditioning which was much needed given the heat in early September. The shower head was not the best but aside from that the stay was good.

The property is in a great location, close to train station, great shopping, food etc. Room was very comfortable. It is a bummer that people with tattoos are not permitted to use the spa, I would have liked to experience this.

This hotel has a spa and hot springs and relaxation lounge with drinks, lounge chairs, tv, and amenities in the bathrooms along with cold soak and steam sauna. We did t eat there at all but the staff is great and cute decor and plenty of amenities. We had a king size bed which was amazing and pajamas provided to use at hot springs/onsen. Great location. Will return. Thanks.
