The location was excellent. The room was fine but small. The bed was crunched into the corner, which made it difficult for the second person to get in/out without disturbing the other person.

At the Hotel MyStay the staff is super helpful, friendly and very professional. In fact, I ended up extending my stay for several days and the manager was very accommodating and helpful. I am heading to Haneda tomorrow and decided to spend the night at the MySay The staff speaks English and I have heard some dpeak Spanish and French! Give starts!

The lobby is on 2F of the building. The staff were very helpful. We were able to store our luggage there since we got in before check in. The room was showing some signs of wear and tear but it was spacious and clean. There was an in room fridge which was helpful. This hotel was a 8-10min walk if you wanted to use the train. The bus was much closer but it was one of the busy ones at certain times of day. We took a taxi from Kyoto station since we didn’t want to take our luggage on the bus. There was a grocery store next door which was very convenient. I really liked this hotel I just wish it was closer to the train. overall the hotel and area were great and I would stay here again.
