A wonderful small one bedroom suite for a stay in Kyoto. I liked the extra room compared to Tokyo/Osaka hotels, the laundry machine was wonderful to have available, and the little kitchenette to make morning coffee. Exactly what I wanted in a hotel!

Very well located, few mins to buses and trains. Excellent amenities in the room. We had an issue with our humidifier, but the staff promptly replaced the unit. The breakfast was minimal but just enough. Kids loved the free ice pops. Very happy with the 3 nights spent here.

We booked a four bed room and it was the largest we had in all our travels. Two full beds and two twin bunks over them. This left room for a couch and table - which made relaxing and sharing time with the family enjoyable. It had laundry in room - which was very useful. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is along the river and between two metro stops - four minute walk to either. We could walk to some shrines and areas of attraction (20 minutes) and easily got around to everything we wanted to see in Kyoto using metro and bus. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which we loved. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, which made everything very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had a great selection. Our room was clean and comfortable throughout the stay. The unexpected highlight, though, was the free ice cream such a fun and thoughtful bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

We had the family room with bunk beds which was really nice for our family of 4. Washing machine worked great, but we did have to dry the clothes in the bathroom which had a neat heating/drying feature which was easy to use, just had to dry over night. Great location to get to one of the train lines.

The hotel was awesome with friendly staff and clean room. The breakfast was great with the all day drinks, the only criticism is there was too many people at breakfast with not enough staff and resources to keep it stocked.

Big room with a separate shower/sink and toilet. Washer machine inside the bathroom was convenient. The shower turned into a dryer, which was cool. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. It's also well located.
