Staff were exceptionally nice. Room was small but fair for price. Duvet cover had stains and room slightly smelled. Super noisy to sleep in if you are light sleeper with traffic right there.

Loved staying here. Had a street view room. The other rooms have no view as windows are frosted and don’t open. Location is fantastic. Stayed 5 nights and used as a hub for Kyoto/osaka and everything else. Station is close but you have to change to get to Tokyo station. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. BTW there is an elevator! Wouldn’t think twice about staying again!
