The room was clean and convenient, though small. Convenient laundry. The staff available only online was quick to respond and the instructions were always clear and easy. Just beside the imperial palace, the hotel is at a walkable distance from many areas with shops and restaurants. Also very close to the metro station

It was easy to find the place and the location is walkable from the subway station. Er we’re able to store our luggage before check in since we got there early. The staff was friendly and the room was great. Even a foot massage machine in the room! The TV is not smart, so if would like to watch a movie at night, I recommend bringing an hdmi to USBc cable

The rooms reminded me of a dorm room. They are tiny. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The laundry area was full of dust too. That being said the hotel is a great price and within 15 mins of everything by public transportation. The laundry machines connects to an app making it really easy to get your laundry done. We rarely saw any staff in the building and we got out check-in information via email.

A great spot next to the Imperial Gardens! Reception counter located just across from Kyoto Station where you check-in and can store luggage instead of at the accomodations - a unique way of checking-in. Staff available overnight only at the accomodation itself. Rooms were as advertised and clean. Overall, a simple and comfortable stay. Good value and would stay again!
