Incredible location, minutes from kiyumizudera. Definitely take advantage of the great bar and cafe on site. We didn’t have a chance to check out the restaurant but it smelled great. Best part was walking through Gion at the end of the night to get back.

We had a really nice stay at Nohga Hotel Kyoto. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop—it’s a great space to relax, and the food there was surprisingly good. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it.
