We had the absolute best time! From the beautiful natural hot springs, amazing Japanese breakfast, free ramen at night and massage chairs. The perfect way to recharge after a long day of walking and exploring.

I just loved it. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable people, professionals, always willing to help us. Loved the biding atmosphere. Onsen was fantastic close to the all the main seas Pontocho, museums and temple. Most importantly within walking distance to the Kyoto station station. Excellent hotel… highly recommended.

The rooms were very clean. Unless you get to breakfast before it opens, you'll be waiting up to half an hour just to get in. The onsen was great. There should be laundry on every floor because you will only get a machine in the middle of the night. The staff were outstanding

I loved the cross section of tradition and modern during my stay. The onsen (natural hot springs) was very therapeutic. The staff was very friendly and made the check in/check out process very smooth. My group and I arrived with our luggage two hours before check-in and the hotel staff were very accommodating with holding our belongings allowing us to free up our hands to explore and grab a bite to eat.

This would be the second time we booked with Onyado Nono. We knew that if we ever go back to Kyoto, and availability permits, we would always book here. Love the amenity, the staff, and the overall experience they provide. We mostly book here cause of the onsen and the tatami inspired facility. Its a walking distance to Kyoto station as well.
