Very flash hotel for the price we paid, so many amenities and got our room upgraded for free which was a bonus. Friendly staff, and very clean hotel. Perfect location 5 min walk to Kyoto Station, they offer a shuttle to the station every 20 mins as well. To save on rubbish they provide a self serve water and ice machine on every floor and provide a bottle and an ice bucket which I thought was very cool

The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect and close to Kyoto Station which had access to every other line in Kyoto. Staff were pleasant to work with. The only issue I had was the fact I had to pay to use the fitness room each day I wanted to go in. The fitness room was very small/limited and the price was not cheap in the least bit. Other than this, everything was great!

Lovely hotel room in a great location right by the main station. Shuttle is a bonus and staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Only downside is pool access as this costs in addition to the stay. Considering how much is already being spent on rooms, feels as though this should be included in your stay.

Great size room after our Tokyo stay! Theres a laundry 5min walk down the road and a 7-Eleven or family mart can't remember. One hotel side is next to railways but the soundproofing is amazing didn't hear a thing.

Excellent hotel. Great breakfast buffet. I would have given it all 5 stars if not for the fac that there is a daily charge just tonuse the fitness center. I have never heard of a hotel charging its guests to use the fitness center. The hotel is in a safe and convenient location, about 7 minutes from Kyoto station.
