他のクチコミにもあったと思いますが、スタッフの方がとても親切で荷物を運んでくれたり、電話対応も良い等、かなりの好印象でした。 近くの有料駐車場も1000円〜と、そこまで高くなくて良いです。

充分満足

豪華なホテルより落ち着けてとても居心地が良かったです。連泊させてもらいましたが満足でした。ただ、チェックアウトに誰も対応してもらえず3階から階段でトランクを降ろせず苦労しました。若い人なら何でもない事でも年配者には難しい事もありますので少しご検討下さい。

とてもいいホテルです

京都駅からも近く、内装もとても綺麗でした。バスソルトがあったのも嬉しかったです。個人的にお風呂とトイレが別だったので、ゆっくりお風呂につかれて良かったです。

新感覚の居心地の良いホテル

不思議な新感覚ホテルでした！ 入り口が料理屋と服屋さんだったので ホテルどこ？と思いましたが すぐに店員さんが対応してくれました！ 初は少し勇気が要りますがお店を突っ切るとホテルのフロントっていう感じです。 アメニティはフロントにあり入浴剤や耳栓など色々あるのが良かったです！ エレベーターが無く階段だったのですが スタッフさんが重たい荷物も部屋まで運んで下さって対応が良かったです！ 枕は硬めですがこちらも早い者勝ちですが 枕が自由にレンタル出来ます。 水などのドリンクバーもあり格安の割にはかなり充実していました。 ホテルにパーキングは無いですがすぐ真隣に有料パーキングもあります。 利用はしませんでしたが料理屋さんも人気の様で夜かなり賑わっていて気になりました！ 部屋はシンプルで狭いですがかなり自信持っておススメ出来るホテルです。

京都駅の近くでとても便利でしたが、朝、チェックアウトの時に、スタッフがいるはずの時間になってもいなかった。荷物を預かってもらいたかったので、不便でした。

交通方便，住宿環境佳，是個好選擇

交通部分，距離京都車站跟七條、五條JR約在10-15分鐘步行距離。距離五條地鐵站約十分鐘左右。 所在街道有多家特色餐廳，便利商店五分鐘步行左右。往 五條方向過馬路有免稅藥妝及24小時超市。 除201房外，房間都寬敞。乾淨且在靜巷，熱水充沛迅速。三樓有免費洗衣機可使用。沒有電梯所以不便大件行李移動，還好店長幫忙扛上去。 有公用熱水飲水機與公用用餐空間。沒有煮食設備。 對面就是派出所，安全不是問題！

The hotel doesn't have many rooms, so it was quiet. Also there was a laundry on our floor which was easy to use (detergent was provided). The only thing I didn't like about the room was that there was only a desk chair, so we had to sit on the bed to eat, lounge etc.

Petit hôtel très sympathique. Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées et la literie est très confortable. La gare est située à 10 minutes à pieds. Bonne expérience.

Outstanding experience

Can't say enough great things about our stay at Racine Home and the manager there. Very large room and shower/bath for a Japanese hotel. Even provided scented bath salts for the Japanese deep bath in the bathroom. One of very few I was able to find in our 4 city trip to have a queen bed! Great, quiet area walking distance from restaurants, and about 15 minute walk to Kyoto Station for all trains and buses. The manager was outstanding, going above and beyond to provide recommendations, even made reservations for us as she speaks English very well. The onsite cafe/bar was great, order the Shabu-shabu!
