They went above and beyond for our 8-year-old son, creating moments of joy, learning, and connection that he will never forget. From fun activities to teaching him the art of origami, they brought so much warmth and magic to his days. Their kindness and attention made our stay feel deeply special. The reception team was equally impressive — attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every interaction felt genuine and gracious. Loved it!

The most amazing hotel with the most attentive staff! Our experience all around was amazing. Of course check in was great and the property itself is beautiful (with great room service) but the staff going above and beyond is what makes this a true 5-star property. My husband tore his favorite jacket on a night out in town and the hotel staff was able to source a vendor to fix it for us overnight before we flew out. We made all restaurant reservations through the hotel concierge because they were incredibly helpful and detailed (and gave great recommendations). That is rarely my experience; yes, even at 5-star hotels. Would absolutely return again!

Sehr schöne Zimmer, auch wenn unseres aufgrund der Lage etwas dunkel war. Das Personal war freundlich, jedoch schien das Team gelegentlich leicht unterbesetzt, was zu Verzögerungen beim Turndown führte. Das Spa ist wunderbar, und meine Massage war hervorragend – die Erfahrung meiner Mutter fiel allerdings etwas gemischt aus. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, jedoch würde ich in dieser Preisklasse beim nächsten Mal vermutlich ein anderes Hotel in Betracht ziehen.
