Beautiful hidden gem!! Very clean and tidy place with all amenities provided to make your stay comfortable. Convenient location with walkable distances to subway stops and Kyoto station. Had a super wonderful stay!!

The facilities in the room were good including washing machine, airer etc The dishes were tiny though, the kitchen was not very useable for anything other than a snack. My main issue is that the room was dirty, carpet had visible stains. Dusty etc Very old and worn down compared to photos.

Kitchen setup was cleverly hidden under a table but the staff was super helpful. I love the area around the hotel and it was super convenient to walk to different places or get to a subway station. The only downside is that the ensuite laundry doesn’t have a dryer but it was not a deal breaker

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and it's amenities are incredible, they thought of everything. At the lobby, you can enjoy free coffee capsules and it is a rather pleasing lobby.
