Liked the hot bath available at the hotel - great after a day of sightseeing. Family Mart very useful. Downside - quite a distance away from centre of city - have to take the train or bus or a 20 mins walk.

Good location for Kyoto station and for other buses and trains that go to certain tourist sites. Room was a good size, breakfast was high quality although the restaurant was not available without a 'group booking'. Self service laundry was very useful also.

The hotel room was well equipped and decorated. The amemties such as pyjamas, Japanese baths, microwave and ice machine in utility areas, attached supermarket were excellent additions. The breakfast was also excellent. The location is very good, just outside Kyoto centre. There is a train station within a 1 minute walk from hotel and it is a 5minute train journey to main Kyoto train station right in the centre of Kyoto. The bus station is also attached to the train station, which means you can get to all area easily. Our family will be returning to Japan and will definitely return to this hotel.

The rooms were fantastic, very well equipped, spacious and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and so helpful when we had questions and helped us get our luggage transfer sorted. The breakfast had a great variety, with some options changing most days and catered to all. All in all a great stay and we'd definitely come back!
