Another great Toyoko Inn Hotel with nice breakfast and very close to the Omiya Subway Station. Service and breakfast was very good, would definitely recommend this hotel!

Stinky bathroom

The staff are very nice. Check in was easy. The breakfast would be good if you are not a vegetarian/vegan and included. The room was ok, but the bathroom had a horrible odor. The beds are extremely hard. I will pass on staying at this chain again.

Was good until they put me in a smoking room when i requested a non smoking. However, to let others know that check in is at 4pm which is late but it kind of has self check in and check out. Machines with the staff there to help you.

駅近で便利 建築年数がけっこう経っているようで 設備がアチコチ古めかしい でも掃除は行き届いていて清潔 京都駅からは離れているが電車路線が複数あるしバス便も充実している 繁華街の中にしては部屋は静か 朝食付き（メニューは今ひとつ） 総じてこの価格なら合格点と思う

初めての東横INNは予想以上に良かったです。

フロントの方の説明がとても丁寧で非常に好印象でした。有名なビジネスホテルには初めて宿泊したのですが、予想以上に快適に過ごせました。どの方も接客レベルが高く印象が良かったです。お部屋やお風呂も予想以上に綺麗だったのですが、トイレの便器に汚れか取れないシミのようなものがあった点だけ残念でした。ただ、非常に良いホテルだったためまた宿泊したいです。元々京都に住んでいて元自宅近くのホテルに初めて泊まったのですが、良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました！
