"Room was great. Well prepared as with all Toyoko Inn Hotels. We enjoy the central locations of the hotel and the convenience to get to and fro. Service is great and staff courteous always. And checkin and out is fast and automated after the system captured our details after the first stay. Family enjoyed the 24h coffee area and use of moisturizer due to the dry season. Breakfast is great and convenient so that we could set off quickly the next day. We drove and needed parking. While the chargeable hotel car park is not suitable for our mpv, we thank the receptionist for their info on other surrounding parking locations and charges. And indeed the charges are lower than the hotels and some have further lowered their rates."

There’s also a very friendly and very affordable rent a car shop just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. The Hotel staff are very nice, professional and friendly. Our stay was great! Felt like family. "A great option to be close to Sanrio Puroland. I myself did not figure out the IC card, so I walked. An hours walk, but a small price to pay to get to Puroland before it opens. Went in July, do not make my same mistake lol"
