"Had a great time. Location and private beach were perfect. Great location between Traverse and Suttons Bay. A ton of bugs all over the house though. Gnats, flies, spiders of all small sizes. It's expected with the mature landscaping and proximity to the water but it was a nuisance. Will definitely revisit and spend more time in Suttons Bay. "

"Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the water. The only issue with the room that I didn’t consider was the noise from the traffic . Otherwise everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay and the employee that helped us accommodated us with an upgrade . We will be back! "

"Great place. Plenty of amenities. A bit of a hike down and up the stairs to the beach so not convenient got anyone with knee issues. Close to town, wineries and golf. Beds are great. Lots of beds. Lacks a few kitchen essentials and WiFi not great so don’t expect to work.Host was very attentive.We would stay again."

"We rented this house as a way to celebrate our daughter's first birthday with some special friends who have become like family. We loved that there were plenty of beds, four full bathrooms and enough space to enjoy a meal and time on the beach. The water is a little rocky so I would recommend bringing some Teva sandals if you have them. "
