"They didn’t have my reservation when I tried to check in despite having a confirmation number from hotels.com and calling the hotel directly to reconfirm the week prior to my trip. Also, the second night there was a rager happening in the room next door (screaming, massive base courtesy of a soundsystem they also played in the hallway) No one picked up when I tried to call the front desk the first time, once I got someone on the line after trying a half hour later it stopped momentarily and then continued even louder till almost 1am - I was hoping to escape the city to get a good night sleep but wasn’t able to."
