The apartment has two toilets with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and cozy living-dining room. There is access to the terrace with sea views through the living room and one of the double bedrooms. The apartment has air conditioning in the dining room and hallway to cover both bedrooms. Free and private parking for the community. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties.
