The 110m2 house is located in the Las Tres Cales area of ​​l'Ametlla de Mar only 130m from the beach, 40km from Port Aventura and 45km from Reus Airport. It is distributed on a single floor and in the outdoor area you will find two equipped terraces with beautiful sea views, chill out area, hammocks, shower and a barbecue. The 3 bedrooms have 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 single beds. It has 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property. Pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups of young people under 28 years of age are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
