Inside, the house opens up into light-filled spaces. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed and a desk area—ideal if you need to get some work done. The living room, equipped with a sofa bed, easily adapts to accommodate extra guests, sleeping up to four people in total. In the fully equipped kitchen (complete with a dishwasher), meals are prepared at a leisurely pace and cleanup is effortless. The kitchen island doubles as a dining table—extendable if needed—offering a convenient dining spot right next to the cooking area.

You have exclusive use of the entire chalet, including the garden. The property offers approximately 70 m² of living space, one bathroom, heating and air conditioning, an 80 m² garden, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, bed linen and towels, free parking right outside the door, and outdoor furniture.

One final note before booking: as this is a residential area, we ask that you keep noise levels down late at night out of respect for the neighbors' rest. The metro is the most convenient way to get to Valencia city center; the drive is quick, although parking in the city can be limited.
