Welcome to this charming little furnished house located in L'Épine, on the beautiful island of Noirmoutier. Ideally situated just 300 metres from the beach and 700 metres from the village centre, everything can be easily done on foot or by bicycle. Fully equipped, the accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 3 travellers. You will enjoy a closed and flowery garden, with garden furniture and barbecue for your outdoor meals. Swimming, water activities and bicycle rides will punctuate your holidays.



Pass through the entrance door and discover a pleasant room giving access to the garden. The kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher), allows you to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. You can share your meals around the indoor dining table or enjoy the one in the garden on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated in the armchairs or on the sofa. A decorative fireplace and a television are also located in the accommodation.



The night space is located on the mezzanine (maximum height 1.50 m). At the top of the stairs, a double bed (140x190 cm) is on the right, and a single bed (90x190 cm) on the left. The ceiling height at the level of the beds is approximately 80 cm.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. A washing machine is also available to you.



The accommodation does not have private parking, but free parking spaces are easily accessible on the street.
