Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The bedroom with the sofa bed is accessible via the terrace and has a WC/small sink (separated by a screen). Bed layout is flexible.
