New villa (2015) very clear and spacious for unforgettable holidays with family or friends. Location located 800 m from the beach and near the marina of Morin. Water park, shops and supermarket nearby. Beautiful walks in the woods and swamps. Many cycling routes and sports routes. Mini golf. Tourist routes. Possible walks: Passage du Gois, Ile d'Yeu, Puy du Fou: medieval show unique in the world.

The benefits are of high quality and the decoration neat. Its surface is of 110m2 on 2 levels + a garage of 19m2, washing machine, drier with condensation and tidying up. The living room stay of 36m2 is equipped with a wood stove with access directly on the terrace and the garden by a large bay. The fully fitted kitchen is open to the living room.
On the ground floor 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140 and 2 twin beds of 90, a bathroom with double sink with walk-in shower of 170 cm and separate toilet.
On the floor 2 rooms with 1 bed of 140, a sdb 1 basin with shower and independent TOILET.
This house is built on a plot of 400 m2 fully walled. The terrace welcomes you with table, chairs, sunbathing and barbecue and the courtyard on a beautiful summer lounge.

Vacances agréables dans cette belle maison, tout confort, tout y est ! Belle découverte de l'île de Noirmoutier. Marais salant, visite du château de Noirmoutier en Île, plages, dégustations d'huîtres... Comme discuter avec le propriétaire : seul hic sur les poubelles, pas de composteur et devoir évacuer les dechets dans les contenaires de la ville reste peu commode...
