“Casa Bel Coll” is located on the hill Puig Sec in l'Escala. You will love the place because of the view, the atmosphere, and outdoor space. It is very suitable for couples and families with young children. Book now!

The Space
Casa Bel Coll is located in front of the forest.

In the Puig Sec area, there are several villas, houses, and holiday homes. Casa Bel Coll is a holiday home located in an impasse on the hill. You will have a private driveway with parking for up to 3 cars.
From the terrace, there is a panorama over the woods and the sea! In the backyard, on the terrace, is the swimming pool. You can keep a close eye on the children playing from the terrace. Inside are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms have a shower and a toilet. In the bedrooms, there are two with a double bed and the third has two bunk beds. So there is no sofa bed to turn it into an 8-person holiday home.
Two families with 4 children can have a holiday there. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a microwave, and an oven. There is a washing machine for dirty laundry.
The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and there is a stereo to listen to music. A stone barbecue is found in one of the terraces on the back of the house. Enjoy a nice meal at the dining table in the garden or on the terrace. In the evening, the lights of the Montgó district shine through the trees.
Casa Bel Coll is really a perfect place for lovers of peace, sun, and enjoyment on the Costa Brava!

Guest access
The guests may use the entire house, the garden, and the swimming pool. Unless it says "Private" or it's locked.

Please note that final cleaning is compulsory and must be carried out before arrival. A fee of €120 is payable on arrival. At the end of the stay, residents are asked to empty the rubbish bins, fridge and freezer before leaving.
Air conditioning and parking are included in all rentals.
Bed linen(8€ per person) and towels (10€ per person) are optional. Tourist tax applies to adults at a rate of €2.00 per person per day, to people over 16 years of age. Internet access is included in our rentals.
Pets are accepted for a supplement of €50 and a cot is available for €10 per week.
Groups under 25 are not accepted.
Please note that recharging electric vehicles is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.

There is a bus station in Plaça de les Escoles. The tourist office is also located on that square.
A little further is a Taxi stand.
In summer there is a connection between Platja Montgó and Sant Martí d'Empúries.
From Flaça train station is the train to Barcelona.
Girona airport is 45 minutes from l'Escala.
