Cozy rental house in l'Escala, with a private pool and a large outdoor area to spend a fantastic holiday with family and friends near the sea. Located just 900 meters from Riells beach, the house is located in a quiet residential area with few neighbors.



The house has a covered front terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and an awning to protect from the sun. Upon entering, a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. A fully equipped open kitchen with a breakfast bar that communicates with the dining room. Two double bedrooms with wardrobes, a complete bathroom with shower and a toilet. Annexed to the house, we find the third bedroom that has bunk beds. It also has an outdoor shower with hot water, very useful when there are many people in the house! Important note: this third bedroom communicates with the rest of the house through the garage.



The house has all the comforts for a fantastic vacation: private pool, barbecue, outdoor furniture, Wi-Fi connection, parking space inside the property and free on the street, television with French channels, etc.



You will like this house if you are looking for a quiet place but close to the sea, where you can enjoy your loved ones with maximum privacy and all the comforts!
