And it has a room on the ground floor, for more comfort in the case of an older person.

From extensive sandy beaches with all kinds of services around, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. Excellente semaine à L'Escala
Nous étions 4 amis qui avons aimé notre séjour, très calme vu la saison. La maison est parfaite ormis le robinet de la cuisine qui est à changer ...Ne pas hesiter de la louer!

Schöner Aufenthalt in L´Escala.
Das Ferienhaus hat eine gute Lage. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand bzw. an der Strandpromenade. Supermarkt und andere Einkausgelegenheiten sind ebenfalls sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Der Pool war perfekt, wie auch die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt war. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war problemlos per Mail oder per WhatsApp und vor Ort konnte man sich auch an die Agentur wenden. Die Damen dort waren sehr nett.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr sauber. Der Fußweg zum Strand ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa estupenda, la zona no se podria pedir mas nos ha encantado
El alquiler me ha parecido bien pero estaria bien en que en en anuncio avisaran que tenemos que dejar una afianza y pagar 50€ de limpieza y que ademas hay que llevar sus proprias sabanas y tuayas porque en la web no habia esas informaciones.

Corona-vakantie.
De woning was voldoende ruim voor ons gezelschap (4volw + 1baby). Enkele verbeterpunten waren het feit dat in enkele kamers de plafondverlichting stuk was, er geen ligbedden waren om in de tuin te zetten, de poort niet kon geopend worden om een auto op de oprit te zetten, de keukenuitrusting (borden, bestek, glazen,...) niet echt proper waren (dus eerst alles afgewassen !!!). Voor de rest is het huis rustig gelegen, kort bij Riells en winkels. Algemene beoordeling is goed.

Très bonne semaine de printemps
Maison très propre, confortable pour 6, avec piscine et tennis communs aux 5 maisons mitoyennes, grand garage, 2 terrasses (1 au 1er donnant sur 1 chambre et une à l'arrière comme sur la photo). Très agréable au printemps car nous n'avions qu'un voisin très peu présent. Personnellement, nous n'irions pas l'été ! Bien placée (à 500m de 2 petites plages joignables à vélo ou à pied). Très bon rapport qualité prix, à recommander (hors saison si vous aimez le calme).
