Julieta: Holiday house attached with large terraces

Beautiful renovated townhouse, with capacity for 6 people. It has two large private terraces, one in front and one behind the house, and a communal swimming pool, available only from June to the end of September. The house is distributed over two floors and has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms with shower. The spacious living-dining room has access to the front terrace, while the open plan kitchen gives access to the rear terrace. The accommodation has a barbecue and garden furniture, as well as air conditioning in the dining room and hallway. It is located in a very quiet area of L'Escala, a 12-minute walk from Riells beach and the promenade. On the promenade you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets, children's leisure options and water activities. The garage is not available for parking. There is also the possibility of parking for free on the street. This house can be rented together with the neighboring house to accommodate two families. Pets are welcome and have an extra charge. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10 kg is allowed.



Entry: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or on public holidays contact the agency. Key collection point: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with card upon arrival (between €200 and €300) and will be refunded within 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of final cleaning.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax (over 16 years old), towels (€11.90 per booking which includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel and one bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 20:00.
