Villa for rent with private pool and garden in the area of Puig Sec, L’Escala, Costa Brava. Villa Ramon will welcome you with your family and friends in a privileged environment between the scents of the wood and the sea.

You will appreciate the nice well-kept gardenwith its little seaview. Add to it a large swimming-pool(the best place to rest and relax on a sunbed!), a barbecue areafor your summer evenings meals and a furnished terraceand you will have all you need to spend the best disconnected holidays, far from the concerns of the day to day life.

Built in a natural setting, on several levels, the house is divided into one open full-equipped kitchen, a bright living-room with WIFI and a furnished terrace and pool sight, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. Upstairs, you will find a solarium where you can enjoy beautiful views on the pinewood, the mountain of Montgo and the sea. On the basement floor, a practical third bathroom, accessible from the outside, as well as the laundry room and the private garage are to be found.

This lovely rental accomodation is situated in a quiet neighborhood inbetween the pinetrees. From Villa Ramon, it is easy to take a bike ride to Cala Montgo, a beautiful sand beach lined with bars and restaurants. The path boarding the cove will enable you to discover the most authentic landscapes of the Mediterranean Sea.

Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Alles in allem ok

Das Haus an sich, ist groß genug. Jedoch fehlt eine kleine Auffrischung.....Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, als auch eine Klima wäre super. Leider ist die Küche auch 1 Etage über dem Freisitz.....Schritte Schritte wenn man draussen essen möchte und aber was vergessen hat...

Casa ramon

Des vacances au soleil dans une jolie maison, l’interieur reste viellot mais plus ou moins fonctionnel suivant les pièces.Nous étions 6 adultes et non 8 mais il était deja difficile de faire a manger(tailles casseroles poêles plutôt pour 4), un 2eme frigo serait également le bienvenu dans la buanderie pour y stocker des boissons, 3 salles d’eau mais difficile de prendre des douches en même temps dû au variation de pression.La piscine top, au soleil tôt donc chauffe toute la journée très grande (12m/6m) mais malgré deux passages/semaine de l’agent d’entretien il ne la nettoie qu’une fois et la pompe ne suffit pas a la maintenir propre, la piscine reste souvent sale pourtant nous passions l’épuisette chaque jour également . Le jardin est très grand et magnifique. Si vous n’aimez pas marcher plus de 20 min alors ne prenez pas cette maison, elle est a 1,5km du centre et de la plage de riells a pieds mais tout en montée et avec les fortes chaleur cela devenait parfois difficile malgré notre âge et bonne condition physique. De belles balades à faire proche pour voir Cala montgo faire du kayak ou autre 👍

La maison correspondait en tout point à nos attentes : un endroit calme, une piscine et un jardin merveilleux, une maison très agréable et spacieuse. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette belle villa.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Ein großzügig geschnittenes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool. Der Pool wird 2mal wöchentlich gereinigt, das fanden wir top. Die Agentur war sehr engagiert und freundlich. Es wurde jede Frage und jedes Anliegen sofort beantwortet und bearbeitet. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Bueno yo buscaba tranquilidad,y es un sitio bastante tranquilo, aunque siempre ahi algún inconvenien

El alquiler me a parecido bien acorde con el tipo de casa, era mucho más grande de lo que yo esperaba y está bien cuidada, está situada en una buena urbanización y muy cerca de la playa o cala que ahi muchas.
