Located in a paradisiacal area of L'Escala, just a minute's walk from the beautiful Cala Montgó beach, this villa is also near a variety of local restaurants and a supermarket. The Montgrí Natural Park, perfect for walking or cycling through a pine forest, is also nearby. The villa consists of a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, it has a closed space to store bicycles or surfboards.
