The villa is made up of two independent accommodations which can be joined together according to request. Each with garden, covered terrace, and panoramic view.

The accommodation ** Vacoa ** offers you 75m2 of living space including 23m2 of covered deck terrace with superb panoramic views of the coastline of Étang Salé (97427) and its surroundings, as well as a private tropical garden.

Accessible by stairs from the private parking lot, you will find the main living space on the first level: open equipped kitchen, living room with air blower opening onto the covered deck with panoramic views of the coastline, landscaped garden with tropical plants, a toilet with hand basin, laundry area with washing machine and storage.

Upstairs: Two bedrooms with ceiling fans, dressing rooms, and exceptional panoramic views, one with queen size bed and balcony, the second with two single beds that can be joined together and an office area, a bathroom with Italian shower.

Breathtaking views of the coastline up to the volcano, ideal geographical location for a visit to Reunion Island, close to the major roads of the West Coast, allowing you to move easily on the beaches as well as in the heights and cirques!

In the surrounding area, less than 2 minutes by car, you will find all the amenities of the city center (restaurants, supermarket, greengrocers, wine merchants, doctors, pharmacy, electric bike rental, etc.); The classified forest of Étang Salé is accessible in less than 5 minutes, with its sports course and 18-hole golf course; The magnificent Étang Salé beach is 10 minutes away, as is the expressway linking the north of the island to the south.
