Private: natural state property 45 ha with trees, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. 200 m long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Séjour ressourçant et cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte (désormais raccordé à Internet), malgré un intérieur qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Le calme absolu, la vue imprenable depuis le jardin et la grande piscine (qui semble à débordement sur la vallée) ont largement compensé. Les propriétaires, d’une extrême gentillesse et très réactifs, ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Avec nos deux filles, nous avons été ravis de leur accueil bienveillant. Nature et tranquillité

Gite très bien , piscine magnifique et propriétaires super gentils et disponibles. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Endroit très calme au milieu de la nature parfait pour déconnecter. La petite terrasse couverte est géniale car elle permet d’être dehors même s’il fait moins beau.

Prachtige ligging, enkele verbeterpunten

Eerst en vooral: magnifieke locatie en uitzicht! Ook het huisje was dik oké, maar kon wel wat beter naar netheid (grote schoonmaak is eens welkom). Enkele ruimtes en meubels aan vernieuwing/verbetering toe (bv badkamer, tuintafel, …). Net zoals eerder beschreven in andere review is het zwembad wat verouderd, maar is groot en heel veel plezier in beleefd! Verder algemeen: zeer mooie reis, prachtig weer gehad, ontspannen sfeer! Eigenaars zijn ook makkelijk bereikbaar bij vragen.

Schönes Haus mit Pool und herrlichem Blick

Der Blick vom Pool traumhaft, schattenspendende Bäume für die dies brauchen. Grade bei heißen Tagen (35° und mehr) ein leichter Wind aus dem Tal machen den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse angenehm. Haus mit Charakter und guter Aufteilung. Herd, Backofen (neu) wie auch die Spülmaschine in guten/sehr gutem Zustand. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war ok. Das Wasser im Pool war von guter Qualität, einzig die Mosaikfliesenfugen an den senkrechten Wänden sahen nicht so schön aus. Fazit: Weiterempfehlen

Très bon accueil des propriétaires et très serviables. Nous avons eu beaucoup de soucis (plaque vitro - douche - gaz). La maison est vraiment très agréable ainsi que le jardin et l'emplacement ! Par contre l'intérieur mériterai un rajeunissement et un changement de literie. La piscine aurait aussi besoin d'un bon nettoyage de ses murs.

La location est un peu isolée et avec les fortes pluies le chemin est pour le moins scabreux. Le gîte est agréable, piscine et terrasse impeccables. Pas de connexion internet. L'hôtesse super sympa.

Erholsamer und ruhiger Urlaub

Zum 2. Mal waren wir in Roque Piquet und haben einen sehr erholsamen und ruhigen 2 wöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage ist abgeschieden und sehr ruhig - halt mitten in Wiesen und Obstplantagen auf einem Hügel. Der Pool ist klasse! Die Besitzer sind super nett und völlig unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)
