Tres bel appartement. Belle vue, fin de saison, la vue est un peu gâchée fin de journée pour les lumières du terrain de foot en contre bas. Tres calme , sauf encore une fois pendant l' entraineemnt de foot. Tres bon séjour dans l ensemble. Voiture nécessaire, parking impeccable. Merci

Semplicemente: ho prenotato on-line la casa per poi essere contattato dalla proprietaria e scoprire che la casa non era più disponibile da tempo. Per fortuna la proprietaria aveva un'altra sistemazione da offrirmi che comunque non era quella selezionata a monticello. Ora izzazione di home away da rivedere

Location fidèle au descriptif de l'annonce, très propre, bien équipée, calme, très belle vue sur la mer, place de parking privée ombragée devant la location. Un grand merci à Robert pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et les excellentes tomates de son jardin ! Notre séjour de 15 jours nous a paru bien trop court. Nous comptons bien revenir mais plus longtemps ! En attendant les prochaines vacances, les savoyards sont rentrés en Haute-Savoie pour travailler et payer la retraite bien méritée de Robert ! Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances dans cette magnifique région. L'appartement très fonctionnel offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. Nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux, l'excellent accueil de Robert et son dynamisme. Le petit cadeau de bienvenue nous a permis de goûter un excellent rosé (à consommer avec modération ...). La situation de l'appartement permet d'aller aisément à pied jusqu'à la plage (bien sûr ça monte et ça descend un peu). A recommander sans aucun problème. Sophie et Jean-Marc

Nous avons retrouvé pour la 3éme fois, avec autant de plaisir ce petit T1, toujours aussi bien entretenu. La gentilesse de Mr PICCHI, toujours prêt à rendre service. La vue de la terrasse magnifique,on a beau connaître les lieux , on est toujours autant émerveillé.Nous venons de rentrer,et attendons qu’une seule chose.y retourner. tout pour passer de bonnes vacances

l'appartement (photos très fidèles à la réalité) est très agréable, très propre et bien décoré, avec un balcon vue mer, situé au milieu d'une belle végétation de citronniers, de roses, de bougainvilliers (en fleurs en juin)... Bien situé, assez proche de la plage (il faut être un peu sportif en Corse, ça monte ou ça descend!), de l'Ile Rousse... Merci encore à Robert pour son accueil dynamique et sympathique et son cadeau de bienvenue... corse. On espère bien revenir en Corse, superbe île et plus particulièrement en Balagne et à Monticello.

Trovarsi come a casa

Appartamento a pochi minuti dal centro, in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Il padrone di casa monsieur Robert è una persona splendida che ci ha accolto con calore ed ospitalità, facendoci sentire come in famiglia. Abbiamo trovato il monolocale pulitissimo e con tutti i servizi come da descrizione. Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti!

TRES BEAU SOUVENIR

Pour un voyage de noce sans destination programmée, nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de découvrir une région magnifique qui donne envie de revenir. Le logement est propre, bien entretenu, bien situé, les tarif raisonnable, le propriétaire dynamique, très sympathique et de bons conseils. Une belle vue et la plage pas loin à pied... Et la chance d'avoir eu un temps magnifique pour la deuxième partie du mois d'octobre. Merci à Robert pour son honnêtété et sa gentillesse. Une adresse à recommander... mais ne soyez pas trop nombreux à y aller, qu'on ait encore une place pour y retourner...
