Tout était tel que je l'escomptais au vu de l'annonce. Appartement propre, confortable, dans un quartier calme de la Baule. Seul bémol : les terrasses couvertes diminuent la lumière naturelle, mais heureusement, les éclairages intérieurs sont très bien conçus.
Très bel appartement très bien équipé à deux pas de la plage
Points forts : emplacement à deux pas de la plage, à 10 min à pied du centre ville, au calme. Très bien équipé, propre et confortable. Tout y est pour passer un bon séjour (notamment quand il pleut…). Place de parking privative.

Le logement est spacieux et fonctionnel avec 2 belles chambres. Le grand balcon est très appréciable et surtout la distance avec la mer.

Très agréable séjour à la Baule
La qualité de l'appartement, spacieux , bien décoré et très bien équipé , le calme de la résidence, le joli quartier très calme et ombragé, la proximité à la fois de la plage et du marché.
L'amabilité et le professionnalisme du service de conciergerie Hoomy
L'appartement est très bien placé dans un cadre magnifique proche de la plage et du marché. Nous avons tout fait à pied et profité du calme et de la terrasse. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
