L'appartement est bien isolé . Assez loin de la plage, surtout avec des enfants . Proximité de la route et jardin non sécurisé . Place de parking en sous-sol appréciable ; attention hauteur poutre 2,03m (coffre de toit)
Location avec tout se qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour , très propre ,idéalement située, parking privé , une fois installer on peut aller partout a pied .Seul grosse déception l'agence qui gère la location personnes très désagréable et aucun effort de fait de leur part dommage.
Appartement très agréable avec de bons équipements et rangements optimisés.
Bien placé, à 10 min à pied, 3 min en vélo du centre ville et de la plage aussi.
