Apartment 'La Baule, T3 Les Pieds Dans L’océan' with Sea View and Balcony

We would be delighted to welcome you to our fully-equipped 65m2 T3 apartment (with parking), which can accommodate up to 6 people.

Facing La Baule beach, our apartment is ideally located. All amenities are within walking distance.



Located in a very quiet condominium, on the 4th floor with elevator, you'll appreciate the large balcony and its breathtaking unobstructed view!



Facing the sea, with direct access to the beach via a secure underground passage (no street to cross).

An entrance hall with cupboard/wardrobe, a living room with sea view (2 sofas, one of which convertible (sleeping 140x190), flat-screen TV), a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast facing the bay, a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, filter coffee maker + Nespresso, kettle, toaster, tea towels).

The sleeping area comprises two garden-facing bedrooms (one with a double bed 180x200 - or 2 single beds, and the other with 2 single beds 90x200), a shower room with toilet (shower, washbasin, toilet, storage unit, washing machine) + a separate toilet. Our apartment has plenty of storage space, secure private parking in the basement, and everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.



Textiles included: undersheets and pillow protectors on each bed, kitchen towels, bath mats.



Our apartment is ideal for your family vacation in La Baule!
