    50 m² welcoming and bright apartment located in La Baule-Escoublac which has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor with lift, it has a 10 m² balcony, garden furniture, an outdoor parking space, an iron, internet access via wifi, a hairdryer and satellite TV.

    The independent kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, has a refrigerator, a freezer, a combined oven - microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.



    The flat, located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, is situated at the foot of Lajarrige Avenue which has all food shops, a market 2 to 3 times a week depending on the season and several restaurants and creperies.

Séjour gâché par un ascenseur en panne

Nous avons loué un appartement au 4eme étage avec ascenseur ! Seulement quand nous sommes arrivés l’ascenseur était déjà en panne et il n’a été réparé que le vendredi midi avant de partir !!! Avec un bébé inutile de vous dire combien ça été difficile de monter plusieurs fois par jour les 5 étages a partir du parking !!! Jamais nous aurions loué un appartement sans ascenseur !!!
